Four Points by Sheraton will open in 2022 in Bakuriani

At the end of 2019, an agreement was made with Marriott International to open Four Points by Sheraton Bakuriani in 2022. The project investor is Capitol Investment Group, and the hotel developer will be the group’s subsidiary company Simetria. The hotel is being managed by Hotel Collection International, which is also a member of Capitol Investment Group.

 

Located in Bakuriani, 185 kilometers from Tbilisi city center and the city’s international airport, the hotel features 121 stylish rooms, a lobby bar, and a restaurant serving Georgian delicacies. The hotel is perfect for those traveling for pleasure, providing a possibility to enjoy both the wellness center & spa and indoor swimming pool. The Four Points by Sheraton Bakuriani hotel is the perfect gateway to explore Bakuriani’s popular nearby attractions, as well as the captivating sights of the area including Borjomi-Kharagauli National Park surrounding the hotel. Those traveling for business can take advantage of the hotel’s versatile meeting rooms accommodating up to 150 conference guests, and parking facilities.

European Health Prevention Day

The annual European Health Prevention Day - Spa and Wellness Conference was held in Wiesbaden, Germany. The event was attended by representatives of the Investment Group Capitol, Simetria and the Hotel Collection International.

During the event, our team members met with representatives of different areas of tourism, listened to their experiences regarding the operation of spa and recreational resorts. Best Western Gudauri will open in December

Good news for winter resort lovers - the first branded hotel Best Western Gudauri, will open in December. For the Capitol HPS, a part of the Capitol Investment Group, as the official representative of Best Western Hotels & Resorts in Georgia, this is the seventh hotel in Gudauri under this brand. Future plans for the Capitol HPS will include a total of 12 hotels under the brand by the end of 2021. It is important that with such successful projects, Georgia will be recognized as a country of increasing investment value.

The first Best Western brand hotel opens in Likani

BEST WESTERN PLUS LIKANI RESORTS - Another new hotel in the Best Western Hotels & Resorts network will open in Georgia by the end of 2020. This is the 8th hotel in Georgia and the first in Borjomi-Likani.

The total area of the 6-story hotel building is 4 200 sq.m. The average price per room will be $ 80. The minimum price ranges from $ 50 to $ 130. Personnel are provided by top-level managers and specialists from Tbilisi. The training process will involve the representatives of the Best Western Hotels & Resorts in Georgia.

Georgian Prime Minister met with representatives of the company "Simetria"

On October 11, the Prime Minister of Georgia Giorgi Gakharia, met with representatives of the construction sector, where the Executive Director of Investment Group "Capitol" Giorgi Jakhutashvili and the Director of "Simetria" Tariel Gabunia were invited.
 
During the meeting, the Group representatives raised problems with projects and industry that significantly impede the rapid implementation of initiatives and the inflow of foreign investment in Georgia. The Prime Minister promised to the organizations working in the field that in the nearest future they will respond and solve these problems.

The TBT Group is increasing its productivity

The TBT Group is re-equipping the existing mill in Senaki. Starting October 10, it is planned to add storage tanks and increase capacity to a new volume. With up-to-date equipment, production capacity will reach 2000 tonnes per month.

The TBT Group is a member of the investment group Capitol, which was founded in 2007 to produce and sell wheat flour. The company has three brands of products on the Georgian market: Begheli, Tone, and Baraqa. Products are available in all regions of Georgia. The company owns two mill plants in Tbilisi and the village of Nosiri in Senaki region.
