Simetria Park is managed by Capitol Rial Eastate, and Simetria, a member company of the group, is working on its development. Within the current project:
• 20,000 sq/m land was purchased in Okrokana;
• An agreement on project management has been signed with Simetria Real Estate Development Company;
• A credit agreement has been signed with Halyk Bank on the full financing of the project;
• Active construction works and sales are underway;
