Until 2015, when the Simetria Lisi project was completed, its surroundings were literally an uninhabited area. The land on which the complex is now located was owned by individuals. They proposed the idea of the project to the Capitol Real Estate team. After the discussion and evaluation, it was decided to implement Simetria lisi and the complex was designed by the team of the Simetria.
Simetria Lisi is a 19-story residential building that includes 67 apartments and office spaces. The building is located near the Lisi Lake and is distinguished by views, fresh air and recreational areas. The complex includes a closed yard, a well-equipped square, a children's playground and a football stadium.
Project implementation
In 2015-2019:
• An agreement was signed with the owners of the land on Lisi on compensation with apartments;
• An agreement was signed with the base bank on project financing.
