Before 2015, the area surrounding Lisi Lake remained largely undeveloped. The land where the Simetria Lisi complex now stands was originally owned by private individuals, who first approached the Capitol Real Estate team with the idea for a new residential project. After careful evaluation and planning, the Simetria team embraced the vision—leading to the creation of Simetria Lisi, with the entire complex designed in-house by the Simetria team.
Simetria Lisi is a 19-story residential building that features 67 premium apartments and office spaces, ideally positioned near the scenic Lisi Lake. The complex features a private courtyard, a landscaped public square, a children’s playground, and a dedicated football field.
Project Implementation
2015-2019:
• An agreement was reached with the landowners at Lisi to provide compensation in the form of apartments within the completed project;
• A financing agreement was secured with BasisBank, ensuring financial backing for the development.
