In 2014, Capitol Real Estate has set a goal to take significant steps towards the development of real estate and the company Simetria. Accordingly, it was decided to find a project that would have the appropriate construction permit and agreed architecture, and its owners would be satisfied with the provision of apartments. It took at least 2 years to create and launch a new, individual concept.
The realization of this idea is represented by the 11-storey residential building Simetria Vake, which combines 37 apartments and space for 26 cars. It is located in one of the most popular places at the intersection of two prestigious districts of Tbilisi - Vera and Vake. Along with the extraordinary location, the project is distinguished by modern construction standards, small-sized apartments and optimal space planning.
Implementation of the project
In 2016-2018, the following works were carried out by Capitol Real Estate:
• An agreement was signed with the owners of the territory on the provision of apartments;
• The project was financed with private capital;
Expected results during project planning
Internal rate of return on equity (IRR Equity - monthly basis) – 42.5%;
Internal rate of return on assets (IRR Property - monthly basis) – 42.5%;
Return on investment (ROI) – 42.6%.
