After Capitol Management decided to enter the field of hospitality, on behalf of the company, Cushman and Wakefield conducted a nationwide study of the requirements, prospects and development potential in the field of tourism and hospitality. The research also revealed the places where the development of hotels was needed, and Bakuriani resort was among them.

At the end of 2019, Capitol Real Estate signed an agreement with Marriott International, according to which the first international branded hotel Four Points by Sheraton Bakuriani will be opened. It will be located approximately 185 kilometers from the center of Tbilisi and the city's international airport.

The infrastructure of the hotel will include 116 rooms with a modern design, a Georgian restaurant, a conference hall for 150 people, a lounge and a lobby bar, a children's entertainment area, a parking lot, an indoor pool, a spa and fitness centers.

Four Points by Sheraton Bakuriani, in the vicinity of which the unique park of Borjom-Kharagauli is located, will be an ideal place for lovers of travel and relaxation, spectacular and attractive places. Business visitors of the hotel will be able to use the technically equipped conference hall.

Project implementation
The investor of the project is Capitol Management, and its development will be carried out by Simetria, a valuable real estate development company. After putting the object into operation, the hotel will be managed by the member company Hotel Collection International Georgia. Currently, the project is in the stage of finding an investor.
