Bread Factory N1 was founded in 2020, driven by the Capital Management team’s commitment to turning challenges in flour production into new opportunities for growth and more efficient use of production assets. The launch of the bakery was a natural extension of the operations of Baraka Flour Mill, leveraging its premium raw materials to introduce a new production line. This strategic move directly led to the first test batch of bread — marking the beginning of a new chapter in the company’s growth.
Bread Factory N1 was established with a clear mission — to produce distinctive, high-quality bread that would supply communities across western Georgia, particularly in Senaki, nearby villages, and other major cities in the region.
Project Implementation
Market research revealed that most local producers prioritized lowering retail prices over ensuring product quality. In response, the decision was made to establish a pilot bakery in Nosiri Village, Senaki Municipality — a facility dedicated to delivering premium-quality bread at an accessible price point.
Nosiri Bread Factory began production and sales of its first finished products in January 2021. The launch proved highly successful — within just one month, demand surged to the point where nearly 80% of production capacity was utilized.
Today, the factory produces 12 varieties of bread and baked goods, supplying the surrounding regions. Plans are already underway to expand both production and distribution areas, bringing high-quality products to even more customers across Georgia.
