Bread factory N1 was established in 2020. Overcoming the challenges in the flour production process led the Capitol management team to look for new opportunities to effectively use or develop the production asset. The creation of a new enterprise with flour raw materials was a logical continuation of the activities of Tsikvilkombinat Baraka. This factor led to the start of the first test production of bread.

The purpose of bread factory N1 was to produce different and high-quality bread, with which the population of Western Georgia, in particular Senaki, its surrounding villages and other large cities, would be supplied.

Implementation of the project
The market study confirmed that local enterprises were mostly not focused on the quality of bread, but on reducing the selling price. It was decided to create a test enterprise in the village of Nosir of the Senaki municipality, the main priority of which would be high quality and an acceptable price.

Bread factory started the production and sale of the first finished products from January 2021. The start was successful and in about a month the demand increased so much that almost 80% of the production was loaded.

Currently, the factory produces 12 types of bread and cookies. The products are sold in the surrounding regions, but in the future it is planned to expand the areas of production and sale.
