Simetria is a value real estate development company whose mission is to create a culture of value real estate development. The company's goal is to become a reliable partner for people interested in real estate to create assets together with them, from which everyone will benefit symmetrically.
History of establishment
In 2015, at the initiative of the Capitol Management team, Simetria was created as a tool to invest liquidated and cashed funds from the crisis portfolio in 2011-2013 in real estate, since real estate was the most predictable and developing area of medium-sized investment opportunities during this period.
Before Simetria was formed, the team already had experience in the commercial direction, as at that time it completed the development of one of the main projects of the real estate portfolio, the shopping center "Gldani Mall". Based on the available resources and experience, when creating Simetria, it was decided to undertake medium-scale real estate projects. The field of tourism was chosen as one of the directions, within which the company aimed to develop the direction of hotels in the regions of Georgia. The second main direction was apartment construction, which allowed for the creation of a large-scale portfolio with medium investments.
The first project implemented by Simetria in the field of tourism was the Best Western Kutaisi hotel. The plot of land intended for it already existed in the portfolio and it was located in the center of Kutaisi, in a tourist-attractive place, near the White Bridge. The first apartment building project in Gldani was completed in 2013, and Simetria Vake was completed in 2018.
Company activities today
Since 2015, the activities of Simetria include the development of projects with a full cycle. Among them are fundraising, determining the correct location of facilities, preparing the appropriate concept and design for the selected area, submitting a high-level investment proposal and implementing high-quality, timely projects, thus both the customer and the investor get the maximum benefit.
