History of Establishment
In 2015, at the initiative of the Capital Management team, Simetria was born—a visionary tool designed to channel funds that had been liquidated and released from the crisis portfolio of 2011–2013 into real estate investments. During that turbulent period, real estate emerged as the most predictable and promising field among medium-scale investment opportunities.
Even before Simetria’s establishment, the team had already garnered considerable commercial experience, having successfully completed one of the portfolio’s flagship projects—the development of the Gldani Mall shopping center. Drawing on the Company’s existing resources and expertise, the founders resolved that Simetria would specialize in medium-scale real estate projects. The company embraced tourism as one avenue, aiming to invigorate the hotel sector in Georgia’s regions, while residential construction became other major focus, offering the chance to build a substantial portfolio with moderate investments.
Simetria’s inaugural project in the tourism sector was the Best Western Hotel in Kutaisi. The land designated for the project was already part of the portfolio and was situated in the heart of Kutaisi, in a tourist-friendly area near the White Bridge. The first residential project was completed in Gldani in 2013, and in 2018, “Simetria Vake” was successfully implemented in Vake.

Since 2015, Simetria has embraced the full cycle of project development. The comprehensive approach includes fund sourcing, identifying optimal property locations, crafting bespoke concepts and designs for selected areas, presenting high-level investment proposals, and delivering meticulously executed projects on schedule, ensuring maximum benefits for both our customers and investors.
